Oven: 180° for 20 minutes
- 150ml Neggst
- 200 g Vegan dark chocolate
- 125 g Vegan butter or margarine
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 200 g Brown sugar
- 150 g Flour (type 405)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 spoon cocoa powder
Start by buttering the cake pan and set it aside. In the meantime melt 150g of dark chocolate with the vegan butter and leave it to cool down.
Take a bowl and mix Neggst with the vanilla sugar, brown sugar and the chocolate mixture. Mix flour with baking powder, salt and cocoa powder and stir into the liquid mixture.
Chop the remaining chocolate and fold into the batter. Pour the batter into the tray, smooth it down and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
It can be decorated with icing or icing sugar and is ready to be served.
