Scrambled Neggst

Four easy steps to make perfect plant based scrambled eggs with our tasty Neggst:

1. Heat the pan (but please only with medium heat), a drop of oil in the pan is good, but not necessary.

2. Give Neggst a good shake and put it in the pan. Don't get impatient now, let it rest for about one minute

3. Stir carefully for 3-4 minutes (but not too wildly)

4. now just refine with herbs and spices (it taste especially good with Kala Namak salt) and serve.
