Neggst Patty Mushroom and Arugula Croissant


  • 1 croissant
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Fresh arugula
  • 1 Neggst Patty
  • Salt and pepper


  • Heat the croissant
  • Sauté sliced mushrooms until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Fry the Neggst patty in the pan for 2 minutes on each side, and add Kala Namak.
  • Cut the croissant in half and fill it with sautéed mushrooms, fresh arugula, and the Neggst Patty.
