1 fresh baguette
Hummus
Paprika (grilled or raw, sliced into strips)
½ avocado, sliced
Scrambled Neggst
Slice the baguette lengthwise.Spread a generous layer of hummus on the base. Add sliced paprika, grilled for a smoky note or raw for extra crunch. Layer fresh avocado slices on top. Finish with warm Scrambled Neggst. Season to taste (pepper, olive oil, chili flakes if desired).
