Water, canola oil, legume protein (fava bean, pea) 6,1 %, gelling agents: methyl cellulose, xanthan gum, carrageenan; sweet potato puree, natural flavors, pea starch, corn flour, table salt, dextrose, antioxidant: ascorbic acid; acidifier: calcium citrate; thickeners: gellan gum, locust bean gum; colorant: beta-carotene

- Bake in the oven at 180 - 200°C for 4 minutes
- Cook it in the microwave for 40 sec at 800W
- Fry in the pan with a little bit of oil at medium heat, 2 minutes on each side

For that special egg flavour, we recommend sprinkling a little black salt (Kala Namak) over the cooked patty.
