Creamy Mash with Balsamic Mushrooms & The Poached Neggst

Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 200 g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Poached Neggst
- Salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg
- Optional: olive oil or vegan butter for the mash
First, prepare the mashed potatoes by boiling them and seasoning with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms into quarters and marinate them in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar for about 30 minutes. After that, cook them in olive oil until they are very soft and coated in the soy sauce.
Neggst step, heat the Poached Neggst in its sealed packaging in boiling water for 4 minutes. Remove the Poached and assemble your dish.
Start with the mashed potatoes, add the mushrooms on top, and place the Poached Neggst over everything. Finish with a sprinkle of Kama Namak and enjoy this incredible dish!
